Return Policy

Printed goods described on the goods page are tangible items shipped through ordinary mail channels once an order exists. This section sets expectations when an item arrives damaged or differs materially from what you confirmed in writing with the studio.

Before shipment

If you need to revise an order placed through direct correspondence, send a note through the reach page as soon as practical. Revised totals will be confirmed in reply so both sides retain the same record.

Eligible reasons

Returns apply to unused items in resale condition when packaging allows safe transit back. Ordinary wear acquired after delivery falls outside this policy.

Damaged parcels

Photograph the outer carton and affected items promptly. Include order details in one message thread so refunds or replacements can be matched to carrier records without duplicate claims.

Refunds timing

Approved refunds typically post through the same payment pathway used at purchase. Clearing times depend on your financial institution rather than the studio’s mail schedule.

Non-returnable

Custom imprint requests that cannot be reused by another customer may not be eligible once production starts. Confirmation messages state any such limitation before payment is accepted.
